Utica Conclave will have its annual meeting at 6:30 pm November 21, 2013 at the Gems Along the Mohawk, Waterfront Grille, 800 Mohawk St, Herkimer, NY.
Dinner reservations are due by November 17.
We will honor our widows and install officers.
Our Assembly will be held at 7:00 pm on 29 August 2013 at Oneonta, NY.
Buiness will be election of officers. There will not be a dinner.
Dress: tuxedo and sash.

You and your lady are invited to join us for dinner at 6:45 PM at Gems along the Mohawk at the Waterfront Grille. (If you are coming Via Rte. 28 down Vickerman Hill and headed for the Thruway just go about 250 feet past the Thruway and the entrance to the Gems and restaurant is on the left. If you are coming by way of the Thruway get off at the Herkimer exit, turn right and go about 250 feet to the restaurant. If you come by Rte. 5s come all the way to the end in Mohawk, turn left go over the bridge past the Thruway entrance to the entrance to the Gems on the left.). We will order from the menu. After dinner we will have a short business meeting at the restaurant. Dress for the Knight Companions will be tux with jewel and purple sash.

I remind you that it has been our custom to invite our ladies to join with us for the dinner as a means of thanking them for all that they do. At 8:00 PM we will adjourn to the Oneonta Masonic Temple for a short Business meeting. Dress for the evening will be Tux, Jewel, and Sash.
